Welcome to Amelia's Attic, where you will feel as though you have stepped back in time. Where there was once a JCPenney's Department Store during the WWII years, now sits our antique shop with many unique features. The hardwood floors, upper lofts, and original showcases all add to the vintage and timeless mood of Amela's Attic.

You will find a wide selection of antiques, collectibles, glassware, primitives, coins, furniture and sports memorabilia. We also have a variety of clothing and jewelry, which not only includes vintage selections but new items as well.

But don't just stop at the first floor!  Amelie's Attic features three levels of shopping that include a basement where many believe you can find the best treasures, and we recently added the upstairs balcony where we added more booths for your shopping experience. 

We are located in downtown Gainesville, TX on the north side of the Courthouse square. Next door is Sarah's On the Square, a lovely restaurant to have a break from shopping and grab some lunch.
